Welcome to Prime Tex Green Energy Inc., located in Hardin County, Kountze, Texas. Since 2022, our 33-acre Honey Island facility has been producing high-quality wood products and sustainable renewable energy solutions.

Our operations include premium sawmill products, biochar production, and wood pellet manufacturing. We process Southern Yellow Pine and other timber resources into quality products for construction, furniture, infrastructure, and industrial applications.

Using advanced biochar technology, we convert biomass into a carbon-rich product that supports soil health and carbon sequestration. Our wood pellet facility transforms residual wood materials into clean, renewable fuel, maximizing resource efficiency while reducing waste.
